Cake Fail

Have you ever baked a caked and it just didn't turn out the way it should, or it took too long (too many steps), and in the end it was good but not great? Well, that is what we have here...and while I could make some changes to the recipe, it still would not be worth all the work required. Not only did the cake have issues, but the frosting did too. I am disappointed on several levels, but mostly because both the cake and frosting were touted as  wonderful. Oh well, this is definitely not the first time, nor the last, but I won't let that stop me from trying new recipes. While I am not posting these recipes, I will show you the final pics. Peace out!
